Here are some of the physical therapy exercises you can expect to do after leg lengthening surgery. Now I’m going to break it up into different aspects of the lower limb; quads, hams, calves, hips as well as some tools I found are going to be a big help towards the end.


Now obviously some muscles will be tighter than others depending on which bones you get lengthened, I think you should do all of them if possible regardless of the segment you get done as muscles are linked in a kinetic chain and everything is linked in one way or another.
